Common use of Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival. The terms and provisions of this Lease, and the respective rights and obligations hereunder of Landlord and Tenant, shall be binding upon their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns (including, in the case of Landlord, any Person to whom Landlord may transfer the Property) and inure to the benefit of their respective permitted successors and assigns.
