Binding Effect; Survival; Number; Gender. This Mortgage shall be binding on the Company and its successors and assigns and inure to the benefit of Mortgagee and its successors and assigns for the benefit of the Lender Group. All representations and warranties contained herein or otherwise heretofore made by the Company to Mortgagee shall survive the execution, delivery and foreclosure hereof. The singular of all terms used herein shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular, and the use of any gender herein shall include all other genders, where the context so requires or permits.
