Common use of Binding on Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Binding on Subcontractors. The provisions of paragraphs 4.01 - 4.08 shall also apply to all of CONTRACTOR's subcontractors. CONTRACTOR shall include the non- discrimination and compliance provisions of these paragraphs in all subcontracts to perform work or provide services under this Agreement.

Binding on Subcontractors. The provisions of paragraphs 4.01 - 4.08 above shall also apply to all of CONTRACTOR's subcontractors’S subcontractors who provide services pursuant to this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall include the non- non-discrimination and compliance provisions of these paragraphs set forth above in all its subcontracts to perform work or provide services under this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR Contractor shall include the non- non-discrimination and compliance provisions of these paragraphs in all subcontracts to perform work or provide services under this Agreementagreement.
