Binding Terms and Conditions. a. The Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (“GCPP”) course is an educational course offered to you by Takshashila in consideration for payment of fees. The GCPP contains original content generated by us. These Terms contain provisions governing your use of Takshashila’s website, GCPP course material, and other ancillary products and services ("Services"). It shall be assumed that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms. b. These terms and conditions shall constitute an “electronic record” and information communicated in “electronic form” as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder. You agree and acknowledge that this information in electronic form does not require any physical copy or signature. c. These Terms constitute the terms and conditions required to be communicated by Takshashila to its users under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
