Biological Agents. “Biological agents” means  bacteria, mildew, mold or other fungi, other microorganisms, mycotoxins, spores or other by-products of any of the foregoing;  viruses or other pathogens (whether or not a microorganism); or  colony or group of any of the foregoing.
