BLACKBOARD CONNECT; MASS NOTIFICATION SERVICES. 18.1. Authorized Users; Recipients. Your authorized users are your employees. You will only use the Product and Service to send messages to the number and type of Recipient(s) specified in the Order Form, and to the extent not so specified, as defined below. You will provide all contact data for Recipients (the “Recipient Data”). Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, telephone messages may only be sent to telephone numbers from the North American Numbering Plan from the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. Additional charges incurred by the Recipient for messages, including but not limited to text message fees or data fees, shall be payable by you or Recipient. Unless otherwise specified on the Order Form, a “Recipient” shall be the following with respect to each type of customer entity listed: ▪ K-12 Institution: Parents of enrolled students, administrators, students, faculty, staff, and board members of the institution. ▪ Higher Education Institution: Enrolled students, faculty, and staff of the institution. ▪ Government: Households, businesses, and other related individuals within the government entity’s jurisdiction. ▪ Corporate: Employees, consultants, contractors, and board members of the corporation.
