Common use of Blanket Coverage Clause in Contracts

Blanket Coverage. Such policies may be carried under a blanket or umbrella policy covering the Premises and other locations of the Developer, if such blanket policy contains an endorsement that guarantees a minimum limit available for the Premises equal to the minimum limits required by this Article and that the minimum limits shall not be reduced for claims made with respect to other properties, and otherwise complies with this Article.
