Block General License Revocation Event Clause Samples

A Block General License Revocation Event clause defines the circumstances under which a general license, typically granted for certain activities or transactions, may be revoked or rendered invalid. In practice, this clause outlines specific triggers—such as changes in law, regulatory actions, or breaches of license conditions—that would cause the license to be withdrawn, and may detail the process for notification and the immediate effects on ongoing activities. Its core function is to allocate risk and provide clarity by specifying when and how a general license can be revoked, ensuring all parties understand the potential for sudden changes in their legal permissions.
