Blocking Services. Attachment 5 1.2.3.1 Upon request from AT&T, U S WEST shall provide blocking in accordance with U S WEST standard intervals for 700, 900, and 976 services, or other services of similar type as may now exist or may be developed in the future according to industry standards, and shall provide Billed Number Screening ("BNS"), including required LIDB updates, or equivalent service for blocking completion of bill-to-third party and collect calls, on a line, trunk, or individual service basis.
