The Company from time to time shall request all third-party vendors to include on screens maintained by such vendors appropriate legends regarding Rule 144A and Section 3(c)(7) restrictions on the Rule 144A Global Notes. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall request Bloomberg, L.P. to include the following on each Bloomberg screen containing information about the Rule 144A Global Notes:
