Board Meetings - Notification. A schedule of regular meetings of the Board of Education promptly following the adoption of such schedule of meetings shall be published on the district’s website. The notice of any deviation from such schedule of the regular meetings and a notice of any special meeting of the Board of Education, shall be published on the district’s website as soon as possible prior to the scheduled time of such meeting. During the summer, weekends, or other school recess such information shall be communicated to the Association President and Vice- President by whatever means deemed appropriate, provided the Association President and Vice-President has so notified the District where to communicate such information.
