Common use of Board Membership Clause in Contracts

Board Membership. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, if so requested by a majority of the Board, Executive shall immediately resign in writing as a director of the Company.

Board Membership. Upon the termination of Executive’s 's employment for any reason, if so requested Executive will be deemed to have resigned from any seat on the Board (and from any seats on the boards, and from any offices, of subsidiaries) held at such time, voluntarily, without any further required action by a majority the Executive, as of the Board, Executive shall immediately resign in writing as a director end of the CompanyEmployment Term. Executive, at the Board's request, will execute any documents necessary to reflect his resignation.
