Common use of Board of Directors of Surviving Entity Clause in Contracts

Board of Directors of Surviving Entity. The parties shall take all necessary action to cause, as of the Effective Time, the directors of the Surviving Entity to be as set forth on Section 3.1 of the Parent Disclosure Letter, until their successors have been duly elected or appointed and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with the governing documents of the Surviving Entity.
