Board Packet. 4.1 The Board shall make available a copy of the letter establishing regular meeting dates for the coming calendar year on the school web site prior to December 15 of each year. The Board will also notify the Association of any special meeting or emergency meetings. Reconvened meetings will be announced at the meetings, which are being reconvened. Agendas for meetings will be posted and copies may be picked up in the superintendent’s office the day of the meeting.
