Common use of Board Packet Clause in Contracts

Board Packet. The Board shall provide the Association President with access to a copy of the board packet, exclusive of confidential information, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Board meeting. If the Association President is absent from work, he or she may designate a member of the Association’s Executive Board to receive access to a copy of the board packet during the time that the Association President is absent.
