Common use of Board Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Board Policies and Procedures. The Employer agrees to consult with the President of the Local prior to making any changes, additions or deletions to Board Policies which have a direct impact upon Elementary Occasional Teachers. The Employer further agrees to consult with the President of the Occasional Teachers’ Local on the Development of or revisions to Administrative Procedures related to teacher evaluation. These provisions shall not apply if an authorized representative of the Occasional Teachers’ Local participates in the development of a Board Policy or Administrative Procedure.
