Board Policies. Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be provided with copies of the employer’s policies, guidelines and regulations concerning pupil behavior and the duties, responsibilities and relationships of all personnel regarding enforcement. Each building shall develop a discipline policy which follows the guidelines established by the Board of Education.
