Common use of Board Role Clause in Contracts

Board Role. Following the Effective Date, Executive shall initially continue to serve as a director of the Company. Executive agrees to promptly resign as a director of the Company if properly terminated for Cause (as defined in Section 5.5.1 of this Agreement) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. On or prior to the Effective Date, Executive shall resign as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
