Common use of Board Rules Clause in Contracts

Board Rules. 2.2.1 The Parties agree that the Supervisory Board Rules will, in the course of the Conversion, be resolved to read, and shall, as from the completion of the Conversion, be deemed to apply as if so resolved, as set out in Schedule 2 (Supervisory Board Rules). 2.2.2 The Parties agree that the Management Board Rules will, in the course of the Conversion, be resolved to read, and shall, as from the completion of the Conversion, be deemed to apply as if so resolved, as set out in Schedule 3 (Management Board Rules).
