The Employer shall provide a bulletin board in the staff of Diamond Tooth the Palace Grand Theatre, Box Office and the Administration office, for the use of the Union for posting notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, news items, and affairs. Any material posted on the Union bulletin boards must be authorized by a Union representative.
