Common use of Board/Union Communication Clause in Contracts

Board/Union Communication. 1. Upon reasonable request, the parties agree to share information such as budgetary requirements, allocations, financial resources and any other available information which might be relevant to the success of the negotiations. 2. Prior to each regular Board meeting, a copy of the Superintendent’s report and the minutes to be approved will be placed in the mailboxes of the Union president and the executive vice-president. 3. The president of the Union or his/her/their designated representative shall be given written notice of any regular or special meetings of the Board identical to that received by the Board members.
