– BODDINGTON PROJECT PAYMENT. 5.1 Subject to the conditions set out in this clause 5, an employee may qualify for the payment of a Boddington Project Payment (“BPP”) of up to $125.00 per week. 5.2 To qualify for the BPP an employee must be ready, willing and available to work as directed for those hours that they are normally required to work by the Employer, including, in the case of employees who are not engaged on shift work, regular reasonable rostered overtime. 5.3 (a) BPP accrues weekly;
– BODDINGTON PROJECT PAYMENT. 5.1 Subject to the conditions set out in this clause 5, an employee may qualify for the payment of a Boddington Project Payment (“BPP”) of up to $90.00 per week. 5.2 To qualify for the BPP an employee must be ready, willing and available to work as directed for those hours that they are normally required to work by the Employer, including, in the case of employees who are not engaged on shift work, regular reasonable rostered overtime. (a) BPP accrues weekly; (b) BPP does not accrue during any period of: (i) unauthorised leave; or (ii) other unauthorised absence. (c) An employee forfeits any BPP that may accrue in any week in which the employee engages in any form of industrial action. (d) BPP does not accrue during or for a week in which an employee’s employment is terminated for misconduct, or in which the employee fails to give notice in accordance with the Agreement. 5.4 BPP is calculated as an hourly rate, by dividing the weekly rate of $90.00, by the number of site rostered hours for that week(inclusive of rostered overtime).. 5.5 An employee who is absent in any calendar week, other than in accordance with sub-clause 5.3 (b), (c) or (d), accrues BPP on an hourly rate calculated in accordance with sub-clause 5.4, only by reference to half the time that the employee worked in that week.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.
