Bonded Storage. (a) Warehouse shall additionally charge Depositor for merchandise in bond. (b) Where a warehouse receipt covers Goods in U.S. Customs and Border Protection bond, Warehouse shall have no liability for Goods seized or removed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
