Bonding ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The blocks shall be properly bonded together and in such manner that no vertical joint in any one coarse shall be within 115 mm of a similar joint in the courses immediately above or below. Sufficient through bonders shall be provided as directed by the Architect. Alternative courses of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at all angles and intersections shall be carried through the full thickness of the adjoining walls. All ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be built up entirely solid in blocks, without voids, allowance being made for joints 10 mm thick only.   • Bonding When applicable, and depending on the laws of the TIPS member’s jurisdiction, performance and payment bonds will be required on construction or labor required jobs and awarded contractor will meet the TIPS member’s local and state purchasing requirements. In Texas, Performance Bonds are required when the project is valued at greater than $100,000 and Payment Bonds on jobs over $25,000. Awarded contractors may need to provide additional capacity as jobs increase. Bonds will not require that a fee be paid to TIPS. The actual cost of the bond will be a pass through to the TIPS member and added to the purchase order/contract.

  • Insurance & Bonding The Subrecipient shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to protect contractor's assets from loss due to theft, fraud and/or undue physical damage, and as a minimum, shall purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all employees in an amount equal to cash advances from the Grantee. The Subrecipient shall comply with the bonding and insurance requirements of 2 CFR 200.304.

  • Insurance and Bonding The Subrecipient shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to protect Agreement assets from loss due to theft, fraud and/or undue physical damage, and as a minimum shall purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all employees in an amount equal to cash advances from the City/Grantee. The Subrecipient shall comply with the bonding and insurance requirements of 24 CFR 84.31 and 84.48, Bonding and Insurance.

  • Procurement Project not financed with EU Funds The procurement is covered by the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA): yes

  • Cooperative Contract The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. Failure to do so will be considered a material breach of this Contract and grounds for immediate Contract termination. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The Contractor is responsible for providing each cooperative entity a copy of the Contract upon request by the cooperative entity. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract. The Contractor shall be required to maintain a list of the cooperative entities using this Contract. The list shall report dollar volumes spent annually and shall be provided on an annual basis to the County, at the County’s request.
