BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be in the ------------------- sole discretion of the Board. Except as otherwise provided in Article VI, FSI shall have the right in accordance with the terms of any bonus or incentive plan to alter, amend or eliminate all or any part of such plan, or Executive's participation therein, without compensation to Executive.
