Bonus for Perfect Attendance. Employees working for the Board as of June 30, 2003 and who achieve perfect attendance in any school year shall be compensated at $400 for 10 month employees and $450 for 12 month employees. “Perfect attendance” shall be defined as no use of sick or personal days. Employees who commence working for the Board after June 30, 2003 shall not be entitled to this benefit.
