Common use of Bonus Programs Clause in Contracts

Bonus Programs. Executive shall participate in each cash bonus program maintained by Company or ExpressJet on and after the Effective Date (including without limitation any such program maintained for the year during which the Effective Date occurs) at a level which is not less than the participation level made available to similarly situated employees of the Company.
