Booking Private Test Session Appointments. The Account Administrator can book a Private Test Session through the Ecommerce Platform by providing all the required information, including but not limited to the date that would be convenient for the session, the number of Candidates expected and the name(s) of the Test Centre Administrator(s). After the locked delay, should a Test Session have to be rescheduled by the Company, the Company will inform ETS Global about the new proposed date. The Account Administrator will systematically ensure that the Testing Site complies with the following requirements: (a) Location of Private Test Sessions Private Test Sessions will be organized by the Account Administrator at the Testing Site, which can be, in relation to Private Test Sessions, the premises of the Company or of its Clients or at another site designated for this purpose in accordance with the Test Administration Manual and the Administration Procedures. The Account Administrator undertakes to show the rooms in which the Private Test Session will take place to ETS Global employees upon their request and provide them with all necessary information concerning the Testing Site. ETS Global will only authorize the use of a room for a Private Test Session once it is satisfied that the Company meets the relevant conditions. The Account Administrator must use the rooms that have been authorized by ETS Global in the exact same state, for subsequent Private Test Sessions.   • Types of Appointment Regular Employment The Employer may fill a position with a regular employment appointment for positions scheduled to work twelve (12) months per year. Cyclic Year Employment The Employer may fill a position with a cyclic year appointment for positions scheduled to work less than twelve (12) full months each year, due to known, recurring periods in the annual cycle when the position is not needed or due to known budgetary restraints. At least fifteen (15) days before the start of each annual cycle, incumbents of cyclic year positions will be informed, in writing, of their scheduled periods of leave without pay in the ensuing cycle. Such periods of leave without pay will not constitute a break in service. When additional work is required of a cyclic position during a period for which the position was scheduled for leave without pay, the temporary work will be offered to the incumbent. The incumbent will be allowed at least three (3) working days in which to accept or decline the offer.
