BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS. Rent includes the booth with 8-ft. draped backdrop and 3-ft. draped side rail dividers, a 44 in. x 9 in. sign, two chairs, aisle carpeting and aisle clean-up. Tables, counters, electrical service, carpet, freight, storage, etc. ARE NOT included in the booth rent. An Exhibitor Service Kit including order forms for services and equipment will be made available in September or October 2022 for exhibitors with a signed contract. The Exhibitor is required to make any arrangements for equipment and services and assume the cost of same. The convention sponsors assume no obligation for these arrangements.
BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS. All booths are ten feet by ten feet (10' wide x 10' deep). Curtain type backdrops and rail type separating bars between booths will be provided free of charge. Company identification signs are the responsibility of individual exhibitors. Booths will be vacuumed and dusted each night. Rental of sundry items for exhibitor booth(s) such as tables, carpet, chairs, etc. is the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be arranged directly through the Expo Decorator or any other contractor of your choice. Any inquires should be made directly to your contractor.
BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS. The standard booth size is 3mx3m or 3mx6m. The booth price in this agreement provides for installation, maintenance and removal of standard framing materials. The materials include partitioning walls (white panel inserts with silver metal), white header incl. exhibitor name. In addition, you will receive a power connection, 2-arm lights, (1) skirted table, and (2) chairs. A 3mx6m booth will receive (2) 6' skirted tables and (4) Contour chairs. The Academic booth size is 3mx3m. The booth price in this agreement provides for installation, maintenance and removal of standard framing materials. The materials include partitioning walls (white panel inserts with silver metal), white header incl. exhibitor name. In addition, you will receive a power connection, 2-arm lights, (1) wastebasket, (1) 6' skirted table, and (2) Contour chairs. No exhibitor property or supplied furniture may be placed outside the booth space as this creates a hazard and a deviation from building and fire codes.
BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS. All booths are 10 foot x 10 foot and will have an eight (8)-foot high cloth backing and three (3)-foot high side dividers. No booth shall exceed eight (8) feet in height. Exhibit space is NOT carpeted. Instead the League will provide an eight foot table, two chairs, and a 7” x 44” company identification sign with booth number. Electrical power and other furnishings will be available at extra cost. The Fern Company is the official show decorator. Additional chairs, tables, and other special equipment may be secured from the Fern Company. A packet of information regarding equipment rental and the availability of electrical power will be forwarded to you upon receipt of payment in full for exhibit space. Please refer to the special order forms provided by them for this service and order in advance. All decorations must be flameproof and pass inspection by all legal authorities.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.
