Common use of BORROWER REQUESTS Clause in Contracts

BORROWER REQUESTS. The Parent Borrower, by written notice to the Agent, may, (A) not more than two times after the First Amendment Effective Date and (B) not less than twelve months after the prior Extension Date, if any, request an extension of the Termination Date in effect at such time by one year from its then scheduled expiration (the date of any such request, the “Extension Request Date”); provided that such request is made at least 30 days prior to the applicable Termination Date.
