Common use of Borrowers’ Agent Clause in Contracts

Borrowers’ Agent. Each Obligor irrevocably authorises and instructs the Borrowers' Agent to give and receive as agent on its behalf all notices (including Requests) and sign all documents in connection with the Finance Documents on its behalf and take such other action as may be necessary or desirable under or in connection with the Finance Documents and confirms that it will be bound by any action taken by the Borrowers' Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
