Common use of Borrower's Authorization Clause in Contracts

Borrower's Authorization. It is not necessary for Bank to inquire into the powers of Borrower or of the officers, directors, partners, members, managers, or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed under this Guaranty, subject to any limitations on Guarantor’s liability set forth in this Guaranty.
