Common use of Borrower’s Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Knowledge. For purposes of the Loan Documents, the phrase “to Borrower’s knowledge”, or similar words (such as “to the best of Borrower’s knowledge”) shall mean the current actual knowledge of S▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or R▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, without any duty of investigation or inquiry of any other person.
