Common use of Borrower’s Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Knowledge. Any statements, representations or warranties in the Loan Instruments that are based upon the best knowledge of Borrower or an officer thereof shall be deemed to have been made after due inquiry by Borrower or an officer, as applicable, with respect to the matter in question.
