Common use of Borrowing Base Certificate Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Base Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Base Certificate which calculates the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base as of February 26, 2017.

Borrowing Base Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Base Certificate which calculates setting forth the U.S. Borrowing Base and calculation of the Canadian Borrowing Base as of February 26January 31, 2017.
