Borrowing Base Deficiency. If at any time there exists a Borrowing Base Deficiency the Borrower shall cure same in accordance with Section 2.06 hereof.
Borrowing Base Deficiency. (i) Other than as provided in clause (ii) below, if the aggregate outstanding amount of the Advances plus the Letter of Credit Exposure ever exceeds the lesser of the (y) Borrowing Base and (z) the aggregate Commitments, the Borrower shall, after receipt of written notice from the Administrative Agent regarding such deficiency, take any of the following actions (and the failure of the Borrower to take such actions to remedy such Borrowing Base deficiency shall constitute an Event of Default):
(A) prepay Advances or, if the Advances have been repaid in full, make deposits into the Cash Collateral Account to provide cash collateral for the Letter of Credit Exposure, such that the Borrowing Base deficiency is cured within 10 Business Days after the date such deficiency notice is received by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent;
(B) pledge as Collateral for the Obligations additional Oil and Gas Properties acceptable to the Administrative Agent and each of Lenders such that the Borrowing Base deficiency is cured within 30 days after the date such deficiency notice is received by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent;
(C) (i) deliver, within 10 Business Days after the date such deficiency notice is received by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent, written notice to the Administrative Agent indicating the Borrower’s election to repay the Advances and make deposits into the Cash Collateral Account to provide cash collateral for the Letters of Credit, each in five monthly installments equal to one-fifth of such Borrowing Base deficiency with the first such installment due 30 days after the date such deficiency notice is received by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent and each following installment due 30 days after the preceding installment and (ii) make such payments and deposits within such time periods; provided that, the Borrowing Base deficiency cure permitted under this clause (C) shall not be available to the Borrower unless, concurrent with the written notice delivered to the Administrative Agent electing this option, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent a calculation of the Borrower’s consolidated cash flow forecast and financial projections which demonstrates, to the Administrative Agent’s satisfaction, the Borrower’s ability to make each such installment payments and to otherwise pay its other Debt and trade accounts payable as they become due; or

Borrowing Base Deficiency. If a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists at any time (other than as a result of any reduction of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.6 or Section 4.7), Borrower shall, within 30 days following notice thereof from Administrative Agent, provide written notice (the “Election Notice”) to Administrative Agent stating the action which Borrower proposes to take to remedy such Borrowing Base Deficiency, and Borrower shall thereafter, at its option, do one or a combination of the following: (a) within 45 days following the delivery of such Election Notice, make a prepayment of principal on the Loans in an amount sufficient to eliminate 50% of such Borrowing Base Deficiency, with a payment or payments to eliminate the remainder of such Borrowing Base Deficiency due within 90 days following the delivery of such Election Notice, and if such Borrowing Base Deficiency cannot be eliminated by prepaying the Loans in full (as a result of outstanding Letter of Credit Exposure), Borrower shall also at such time or times deposit with Administrative Agent sufficient funds to be held by Administrative Agent as security for outstanding Letter of Credit Exposure in the manner contemplated by Section 2.1(b) as necessary to eliminate the required portions of such Borrowing Base Deficiency on the dates required therefor, (b) within 90 days following the delivery of such Election Notice, submit additional oil and gas properties owned by Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for consideration in connection with the determination of the Borrowing Base which Administrative Agent and Required Banks deem sufficient in their sole discretion to eliminate such Borrowing Base Deficiency, or (c) eliminate such deficiency by making six consecutive mandatory prepayments of principal on the Loans, each of which shall be in the amount of one sixth of the amount of such Borrowing Base Deficiency, commencing on the date that is 30 days after notice of such Borrowing Base Deficiency is delivered to Borrower and continuing thereafter on each monthly anniversary of such first payment, and in connection therewith, Borrower shall dedicate a sufficient amount (as determined by Administrative Agent) of the monthly cash flow from Borrower’s and the Restricted Subsidiaries’ Mineral Interests to satisfy such payments.
Borrowing Base Deficiency. A Borrowing Base Deficiency exists and the Borrower fails to give written notice of its intent to cure or fails to actually cure the Borrowing Base Deficiency in accordance with Section 2.03(b); or

Borrowing Base Deficiency. If a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists after giving effect to any Redetermination, Borrower shall be obligated to eliminate such Borrowing Base Deficiency by making the mandatory prepayments of the Loans or taking the other actions required by Section 2.4.
Borrowing Base Deficiency. (i) A Borrowing Base Deficiency in an aggregate amount equal to or less than $[***] continues for more than five (5) Business Days or (ii) a Borrowing Base Deficiency in an aggregate amount greater than $[***] continues for more than three (3) Business Days.
Borrowing Base Deficiency. Company shall prepay the Revolving Loans within two (2) Business Day of the earlier of (i) an Authorized Officer or the Chief Financial Officer (or in each case, the equivalent thereof) of Company becoming aware that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists and (ii) receipt by Company of notice from any Agent or any Lender that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists, in each case in an amount equal to such Borrowing Base Deficiency, which shall be applied first, to prepay the Class A Revolving Loans as necessary to cure any Class A Borrowing Base Deficiency, and, second, to prepay the Class B Revolving Loans as necessary to cure any Class B Borrowing Base Deficiency.
Borrowing Base Deficiency. (i) If, at any time, a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists, then Administrative Agent shall give notice to Borrower of such Borrowing Base Deficiency (such notice, a “Borrowing Base Deficiency Notice”), and Borrower shall within 15 days following receipt of such Borrowing Base Deficiency Notice elect whether to (A) prepay an amount which would, if prepaid immediately, reduce the total Revolving Credit Exposures to the amount of the Borrowing Base, (B) mortgage such other Oil and Gas Properties as are acceptable to the Required Lenders, pursuant to security documents acceptable to Administrative Agent having Recognized Values which, in the opinion of the Required Lenders, based upon the Required Lenders’ evaluation of the engineering data provided them, taken in the aggregate are sufficient to increase the Borrowing Base to an amount at least equal to the total Revolving Credit Exposures, or (C) do any combination of the foregoing as is acceptable to Administrative Agent such that the Borrowing Base is an amount at least equal to the total Revolving Credit Exposure. If Borrower fails to make an election within 15 days after Borrower’s receipt of the Borrowing Base Deficiency Notice, then Borrower shall be deemed to have selected the prepayment option specified in clause (A) above.
(ii) Borrower shall deliver such prepayments or mortgages of additional Oil and Gas Properties in accordance with its election (or deemed election) pursuant to clause (f)(i) above as follows:
Borrowing Base Deficiency. Failure by the Borrower to cure (x) any Borrowing Base Deficiency resulting solely from the reduction of the Maximum Advance Rate following the occurrence of a Tier 1 Collateral Performance Trigger within thirty (30) days of the earlier of (i) an Authorized Officer of the Borrower becoming aware that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists, and (ii) receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists or (y) any Borrowing Base Deficiency not resulting solely from the reduction of the Maximum Advance Rate following the occurrence of a Tier 1 Collateral Performance Trigger within two (2) Business Days of the earlier of (i) an Authorized Officer of the Borrower becoming aware that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists, and (ii) receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent that a Borrowing Base Deficiency exists; or
