Common use of Borrowing Documents Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Documents. In the case of any request for a Loan, the Agent shall have received a copy of each of the following: (1) the request for a Loan required by ss.2.6 in the form of Exhibit B hereto, fully completed; and (2) the Compliance Certificate required by clause (iii) of ss.2.6 prepared in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
