Common use of Borrowing from us Clause in Contracts

Borrowing from us. 22.2.1 You must keep your account in credit unless an overdraft facility has been arranged. 22.2.2 For unauthorised overdrafts, we may charge our applicable fee each time your account goes overdrawn and inform you accordingly. We will also charge fee if your overdraft exceeds any agreed limit and notify you.
