Common use of Borrowing Notice Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a an applicable Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) respect to such Borrowing, duly executed and delivered by a Responsible an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a completed Notice of Borrowing Notice in accordance executed by the Borrower and otherwise complying with the requirements of Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed and delivered by 2.2, including a Responsible Officer flow of Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to funds or any similar direction documentation that the Administrative AgentAgent may reasonably require.

Borrowing Notice.
