Borrowings, Conversions and Continuations of Committed Loans Sample Clauses

This clause defines the procedures and conditions under which a borrower can request new loans, convert existing loans from one type to another (such as from a floating to a fixed interest rate), or extend the maturity of current loans under a committed credit facility.
