Common use of Boundaries of the Land Clause in Contracts

Boundaries of the Land. Subject to the prior approval of the Owners at an Owners’ meeting, the right to adjust the boundaries of the Land and to reach any agreement with the Government in connection therewith and for that purpose to effect any surrender or re-grant of the Land Grant Provided That the exercise of this right shall not interfere with the other Owners’ right to hold, use, occupy and enjoy their Units nor impede access to their Units, and any payment received shall be credited to the Special Fund.

Boundaries of the Land.
