Common use of Branch of Account Clause in Contracts

Branch of Account. 18.01 For the purposes of the Bank Act, the branch of the Bank set out in a Covered Bond or the related Final Terms shall be the branch of account (the “Branch of Account”) for the deposits evidenced by such Covered Bond. 18.02 Each Covered Bond will be paid without the necessity of first being presented for payment at the Branch of Account.
