Branding Load Charges. 3.3.1 An initial non-recurring load charge applies per state, per brand, per TOPs switch, per OCN for the establishment of CLEC specific branding. An additional non-recurring load charge applies per state, per brand, per TOPs switch, per OCN for each subsequent change to the branding announcement.
