The 'Branding via OLNS' clause establishes the rules and permissions for using the Online Network Service (OLNS) branding in connection with the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how and where the OLNS brand, logo, or trademarks may be displayed by the parties, such as on websites, marketing materials, or digital platforms, and may specify approval processes or usage guidelines. Its core practical function is to protect the integrity of the OLNS brand while enabling authorized promotional or partnership activities, ensuring both parties understand the boundaries and requirements for brand usage.
Branding via OLNS. 9.4.1 BellSouth Branding, Unbranding and Custom Branding are also available for DA, OCP or both via OLNS software. When utilizing this method of Unbranding or Custom Branding, VMT shall not be required to purchase dedicated trunking.
9.4.2 BellSouth Branding is the default branding offering.
Branding via OLNS. 9.4.1 BellSouth Branding, Unbranding and Custom Branding are also available for DA, OCP or both via OLNS software. When utilizing this method of Unbranding or Custom Branding, Image Access shall not be required to purchase dedicated trunking.
9.4.2 BellSouth Branding is the default branding offering.
9.4.3 For BellSouth to provide Unbranding or Custom Branding via OLNS software for OCP or for DA, Image Access must have its OCN(s) and telephone numbers reside in BellSouth’s Line Information Database (LIDB). To implement Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Image Access must submit a manual order form which requires, among other things, Image Access’s OCN and a forecast, pursuant to the appropriate BellSouth form provided, for the traffic volume anticipated for each BellSouth Traffic Operator Position System (TOPS) during the peak busy hour. Image Access shall provide updates to such forecast on a quarterly basis and at any time such forecasted traffic volumes are expected to change significantly. Upon Image Access’s purchase of Unbranding or Custom Branding using OLNS software for any particular TOPS, all Image Access customers served by that TOPS will receive the Unbranded “no announcement” or the Custom Branded announcement.

9.4.3 For AT&T to provide Unbranding or Custom Branding via OLNS software for OCP or for DA, Syniverse must have its OCN(s) and telephone numbers reside in AT&T’s Line Information Database (LIDB). To implement Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Syniverse must submit a manual order form which requires, among other things, Syniverse’s OCN and a forecast, pursuant to the appropriate AT&T form provided, for the traffic volume anticipated for each AT&T Traffic Operator Position System (TOPS) during the peak busy hour. Syniverse shall provide updates to such forecast on a quarterly basis and at any time such forecasted traffic volumes are expected to change significantly. Upon Syniverse’s purchase of Unbranding or Custom Branding using OLNS software for any particular TOPS, all Syniverse customers served by that TOPS will receive the Unbranded “no announcement” or the Custom Branded announcement.
