Common use of Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives Clause in Contracts

Breach by Subsidiaries and Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties shall advise their Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by a Party, its Subsidiaries or their respective Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by such Party.
