Breach of a Restrictive Covenant. In the event of any breach by the Employee of any of his/her obligations under Section 6 of this Agreement, the Employee will be obligated to repay, and the Company will be entitled to collect from the Employee, all amounts paid prior to or after the date of such breach by the Company to the Employee under Section 4.3 of this Agreement, and the Company shall have no further obligations under Section 4.3. In such a case, the Employee shall make a cash payment to the Company of all amounts owing within three (3) days of written demand therefor by the Company. The rights of the Company under this Section 6.11 shall be in addition to any rights of the Company (a) under this Agreement, and (b) to seek injunctive relief or other equitable or legal remedies in the case of any such breach by the Employee.
