Breach of Representation and Warranty. Any representation, warranty, certification, or other statement made by a Party or Seller Party in this Agreement or any Ancillary Document, or in the case of Seller, made in a quarterly certification delivered pursuant to Section 11.6, is false or inaccurate at the time made; provided that no Default shall exist if such falsity or inaccuracy is remedied within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice thereof from another Party, and further provided that if such falsity or inaccuracy cannot be cured within such thirty
