Common use of Breach of Specific Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Specific Covenants. Co-Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in Section or subsection 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 6.1.1, 6.1.2, 6.2.4, 6.2.5, 8.1.1, 8.1.4, 8.1.9, 8.2 or 8.3 hereof on the date that Co-Borrower (or any one of them) are (is) required to perform, keep or observe such covenant or shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in Section 8.1.3 or 8.1.7 hereof within 5 days following the date on which Co-Borrower (or any one of them) are (is) required to perform, keep or observe such covenant.
