Common use of Breach of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Breach of the Contract. As soon as it is aware of it the Supplier and Supplier Staff must report to the Buyer any actual or suspected breach of Law, clause 0, or clauses 0 to 0. The Supplier must not retaliate against any of the Supplier Staff who in good faith reports a breach listed in clause 0 to the Buyer or a Prescribed Person. Each Party will, at the request and cost of the other Party, do all things which may be reasonably necessary to give effect to the meaning of this Contract.
