Common use of Breakdown of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Breakdown of Expenditures. The CM/GC shall review any Owner requested or directed change and shall respond in writing within fourteen calendar days after receipt of the proposed change (or such other reasonable time as the Owner may direct), stating the effect of the proposed change upon his Work, including any increase or decrease in the Contract Time and Sum.
